Legal notice.
Who runs this service.
1. Who provides this service
Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE) requires the provider of a commercial website to identify itself in a permanent, direct and freely accessible way. That is the purpose of this page.
| Registered name | Registered company name — to be completed , Legal form — to be completed |
|---|---|
| Tax identification | CIF/NIF — to be completed |
| Registered address | Registered address — to be completed |
| Commercial registry | Commercial registry entry — to be completed |

Providing licensing and account services for software does not require prior authorisation or registration in a professional register in Spain, and the provider holds none. No professional body, code of conduct or sectoral supervision applies to this activity. If that ever changes for any part of the service, this section changes with it.
2. What this site is for
This site presents RERUN, a local-first desktop runtime for enterprise web QA, and hosts the commercial control plane for it. Through this site you can create a workspace, sign in, verify your email address, invite members of your organization, start and manage an annual subscription through Stripe, activate and deactivate devices, and look up releases.
RERUN is licensed to organizations for their internal business use. No compliance certification is claimed for it.
The control plane deliberately has no facility for receiving what the desktop application works with. It holds identity, organization, subscription, entitlement, device activation and release data. It never receives the URLs you test, your flows, DOM, screenshots, browser sessions, run evidence or AI provider keys — there is no endpoint that would accept them.
3. Terms that apply
Browsing this site means accepting this notice. Creating an account, subscribing or using the RERUN software is additionally governed by the terms of service, which prevail over this page wherever the two overlap.
This notice may be updated when the service or the law changes. The version in force is the one published here, dated at the top of the page.
4. Intellectual property
The RERUN software, this website, its source code, text, layout, typography, illustrations and the structure and selection of its contents belong to the provider identified in section 1 or are used under licence. They are protected by Spanish and EU intellectual property law.
Nothing on this site transfers those rights. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or extraction of any substantial part requires prior written authorisation, with the ordinary exceptions the law allows — quotation, press review and private copy — and the exception below.
A licence to use the RERUN software is a licence, not a sale. Its scope, duration and limits are set by the terms of service.
Third-party components distributed with RERUN or with this site remain the property of their authors and are used under their own licences. The applicable licence and attribution notices are supplied with the application, and a copy can be requested from the address in section 10.
The name RERUN and the marks appearing on this site are used by the provider identified in section 1. Their registration status is Trade mark registration status — to be completed .
5. Acceptable use
You may read this site, and use the account portal for its stated purpose. You may not:
- use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms the provider or a third party;
- attempt to access accounts, organizations, licences or data that are not yours, or to circumvent authentication, entitlement or device-activation controls;
- interfere with the availability or integrity of the service, including automated access that places an unreasonable load on it;
- introduce malicious code, or extract the site's contents systematically for reuse or republication.
Security research conducted in good faith is welcome and is treated separately from the above. Report findings to Security contact email — to be completed rather than disclosing them publicly first. We acknowledge reports and keep the reporter informed while we investigate. There is no bug bounty and no formal disclosure programme; we ask only for a reasonable opportunity to fix an issue before it is published.
6. Links
This site links outward sparingly. Where it does — most notably to Stripe, where payment and billing take place — the destination is operated by someone else, under their own terms and their own privacy and cookie policies. A link is not an endorsement, and the provider is not responsible for the content or availability of a site it does not run.
You may link to this site from your own, provided the link points to a public page, does not frame or reproduce its contents, does not suggest a relationship, endorsement or sponsorship that does not exist, and does not sit alongside content that is unlawful or damaging to the provider's reputation.
7. Availability and liability
The provider takes reasonable care that this site works and that what it says is accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. Access may be suspended for maintenance, security or reasons outside the provider's control, and pages may be changed or withdrawn without notice.
Nothing on this page limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability arising from a paid subscription is governed by the terms of service.
Descriptions of the product on this site are descriptions of what it does. They are not a warranty, a service-level commitment or a certification, and none of the three is claimed. No uptime or availability commitment is offered for this site or for the licence control plane, and no service-level agreement applies unless one is expressly agreed in a signed Enterprise contract.
8. Personal data and cookies
What personal data this service processes, on what basis, for how long and with which processors is set out in the privacy policy.
This site sets three strictly necessary cookies and no analytics or advertising cookies, which is why you were not asked to accept anything on arrival. The cookie policy lists each one.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This notice and the use of this site are governed by the law of Spain, and any dispute is submitted to Competent courts — to be completed . Where a party is a consumer, the rule in the next paragraph applies instead.
Where a party is a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence apply regardless of the clause above. Contractual disputes arising from a subscription are governed by the terms of service.
10. Contact and notices
Written notices to the provider should be sent to the registered address in section 1. For anything else, including questions about this notice, write to Legal contact email — to be completed .
We answer from the address you wrote to. We do not send commercial email to an address that has not asked for it.
