Honest boundary: testing a web application still sends normal browser traffic to that application. An AI step can additionally send masked context to the runtime you select. RERUN does not claim “zero network”; it makes each boundary visible.
Start with a deterministic local run. Add intelligence only where exact selectors cannot express the business intent.

A redacted instruction, sanitized URL and title, bounded visible text and semantic DOM candidates are sent only when the timeline reaches the AI step. No screenshot leaves the machine.
Claude runs today as a sandboxed local subprocess with the same bounded, redacted context. A development-only Codex executor can additionally receive a masked screenshot, declared in the egress receipt.
RERUN turns each run into an inspectable local case file. Privacy mode removes common secrets while preserving the signals needed to reproduce the failure.
